Financial Aid
As a part of our mission, we offer medically necessary health care to uninsured patients, regardless of ability to pay. To apply for financial aid at MMC, follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Fill out the one-page “MMC Family Assistance Plan Application” by clicking on the link below.
Step 2: Return your completed application along with any attachments to the Admissions Department at MMC.
Step 3: We will review all applications in a timely manner to evaluate appropriate financial assistance.
