As our community continues to grow, so does the need for quality health care. Recognizing that the best health care is the care delivered close to home, the Auxiliary was established as a way to support Madison Medical Center. Thanks to our team of dedicated professionals, lives are saved and patients are able to recover in the comfort of their own community. As the cost of technology continues to rise, Madison Medical Center Auxiliary, through excellent stewardship of the donations received, plans on continually positioning itself to supply the hospital and nursing home with needed equipment designed to enhance the services. These are items that the facility budget could not afford otherwise.
Madison Medical Center accepts donations in honor or in memory of a loved one. Upon receipt of a donation, we will send an acknowledgment and tax receipt to the donor and notify the family that a donation has been made in honor or in memory of their loved one. Many families request donations be made to Madison Medical Center in lieu of flowers, cards, or gifts. Memorial donations are considered tax deductible and may be made in any dollar amount.
General donations may be made to our facility in any dollar amount and are placed in the hospital’s general fund for the purchase of added technology designed to enhance the services already being provided by Madison Medical Center. However, if you have a specific project, department, or equipment you would like your contribution designated to, just inform us of your wishes. You can contact us on the form below.
