NOTE: This does not include Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Home. The suggested visitor guidelines are still in place and use of face masks continues to be mandatory, according to CMS and the MO Department of Health & Senior Services. Campus Guidelines
- All individuals entering Madison Medical Center buildings will be asked the health screening questions for symptoms upon arrival. Patients and Representatives are encouraged to wear face masks especially if feeling ill. Patients with known exposure/symptoms of Covid-19 will be required to wear face masks. Patients are asked to please bring their own masks if possible. In addition, patients and their representatives should always practice proper hand hygiene.
- Social distancing measures should be observed when using waiting areas, registration areas, etc.
- Individuals are asked not to congregate in groups or common areas.
- Madison Medical Center will be continuing to maintain rigorous cleaning protocols in all areas during the COVID pandemic.

We had one staff member that tested positive for Covid yesterday. We will be doing testing for any staff or residents that are identified as having a higher-risk exposure or close contact with staff member(s)/resident(s). Any positive residents will have isolation rooms based on CDC guidance to reduce the risk of transmission.

All other staff tests today were negative. Due to the increase in recent cases, we tested all residents again today. We had eight residents that tested positive for Covid. All other resident tests today were negative. Any positive residents will have isolation rooms based on CDC guidance to reduce the risk of transmission.
